SYSTEMS ANALYST - HEADQUARTERS

The Systems Analyst will provide administration and support for enterprise IT systems, resolve support incidents, and collaborate with business units to determine IT needs for new projects.

Responsibilities
Provide administration and support of assigned enterprise IT systems and applications
Resolve support incidents escalated by lower support tiers and provide guidance to lower support tiers
Communicate problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end users, and unit leaders
Serve as a consultant to line of business managers and other stakeholders on the most efficient use of current applications
Partner with business units to determine IT needs and requirements for new projects by providing technical guidance and liaising with IT resources
Evaluate existing systems to determine current utilization and identify possible expansion of use within existing or additional business units
Develop project plans for assigned projects and act as project manager ensuring that tasks are assigned, completed, and properly documented in accordance with Project Portfolio Management guidelines
Assist business units in preparing and presenting business cases and proposed projects to Project Management Committee and/or IT Steering Committee
Qualification
Required

Strong mastery of Microsoft Office
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff
Highly self-motivated and directed with an attention to detail and organization
Proven analytical and problem solving abilities
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a deadline driven environment
Leadership skills to help lead and coach other IT resources
