Commercial Lines Account Manager
Higginbotham is a dynamic insurance company seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team in St. Petersburg, FL. Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of servicing a robust book of middle market commercial P&C accounts
Provide exceptional service to commercial clients
Process and renew policies and rate and quote new and renewal business
Check accuracy of policies and process endorsements
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of correspondence, applications, quotes, and marketing information in accordance with company workflows and procedures
Prepare proposals and issue certificates of insurance, as needed
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance experience required
Active FL 2-20 Property & Casualty License required
Ability to Analyze and Solve Problems: Skill in recognizing challenges, exploring options, and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner
Attention to Detail: A strong focus on completing tasks and projects accurately and thoroughly
Communication Skills: Capable of expressing ideas clearly in both verbal and written forms and engaging with various audiences
Timely Task Completion: Ability to finish tasks and projects efficiently, managing resources and priorities effectively

Preferred
Professional designations, such as CIC or CRIS
Applied Epic experience preferred, but knowledge of similar Account Management System (AMS) is acceptable
