Responsibilities
MUST have at least 50% of bank lending experience exclusive to C&I
They will consider lenders at all levels. C&I is key, even PMs who are aggressive and hungry. 2M+ portfolio, 5-7M ideal. Philly portfolio, Upstate and/or NJ (Not NYC)
Job is open because of growth necessity
MUST come from a US Bank, not an investment house
MUST come from US Banks with excess of 8B in assets
MUST have a Bachelor’s degree
Ideal is to have a minimum of 5-7 years with C&I lending
Non-supervisory role
Roles are not a VP, EVP or Officer role
Employer provides a super supportive and collaborative culture. It’s a tremendously friendly environment where employees are encouraged to personally interact with each other
They require volunteering once a year (during working hours). Collectively, the employees determine the philanthropic donations on behalf of employer
Qualification
