Drive initiatives to optimize workflows (e.g., automate repetitive tasks or develop automated dashboards)
Leverage the latest technologies to solve operational challenges (e.g., develop AI tooling)
Perform tasks related to the employee life cycle and experience (e.g., compensation analysis and reporting, onboarding optimization, and data audits)
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree is required
Proven leadership and people management skills, including coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously; adapt to changing priorities; consistently meet deadlines; and suggest process improvements
A familiarity with and interest in generative AI is required
Well-developed verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are also important
Preferred
At least seven years of experience in, or exposure to, a high-performing human capital function
Expertise in automating work processes
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with basic programming languages (e.g., Python)
