They are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist with a focus in X-Ray and CT to join their Imaging Team, responsible for operating equipment and performing diagnostic procedures while ensuring patient safety and equipment quality assurance.

Responsibilities

Operates equipment and performs procedures and diagnostics of the following modalities Computed Tomography (CT Tech) and Diagnostic Radiology (X-Ray Tech)

Understands and satisfies the needs of the neonatal, infant, toddler, pre-school, school-age, adolescent and/or adult patient in regard to their growth and development process

Identifies equipment performance issues and performs equipment quality assurance tests and calibration procedures

Reports malfunctioning equipment to appropriate staff evaluates new products and equipment

May prepare and administer contrast media under the direction of the Radiologist

Post-processes images as directed, and accurately identifies and labels as required

Provides patient with radiation/magnetic protection and safety in accordance with regulatory agencies
