Director of National Development
The Archdiocese of Chicago serves over 2.2 million Catholics and is seeking a Director of National Development. This role involves leading fundraising strategies and initiatives to support the Pastoral Migratoria program at a national level.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative fundraising campaigns, securing major gifts, annual funds, and grants to support PM’s national growth
Build meaningful relationships with major donors, sponsors, and partners, crafting compelling proposals and campaigns to maximize contributions
Lead special events and initiatives to elevate donor engagement and showcase PM’s impact
Oversee a robust donor stewardship program, ensuring timely recognition and communication of program successes
Collaborate with national leaders, board members, and staff to strategically expand PM’s funding base and reach
Drive content creation for reports, promotional materials, social media, and communications to amplify PM’s mission and accomplishments
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of experience in Development, Fundraising, Major Gifts or related field
Bachelors' degree required
The Ideal candidate will be a practicing Catholic
Preferred
Masters preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
