Responsibilities
Serve as client manager and/or senior project manager for selected clients/projects in the Austin area
Work with leadership to develop a plan for expanding our client base or service offerings with existing clients and winning new work in the Central Texas area
Train, coach, and mentor junior design staff in developing and delivering design projects
Actively lead and participate in project pursuit and delivery to create an exemplary client experience
Support development of strong client relationships with existing clients
Monitor performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and manage risk
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an ABET accredited Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering, or equivalent engineering program
Professional Engineer (PE) registration in the State of Texas; or ability to register through reciprocity
15+ years of related water/wastewater or utility infrastructure experience
Strong client management and project management skills
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam/Adobe Pro
Preferred
Experience working with municipal clients a plus
