Brand Marketing Campaign Manager

They are seeking a Brand Marketing Campaign Manager to define and deliver programs that enhance Verkada’s brand through integrated campaigns across various channels, while managing budgets and collaborating with multiple teams to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel brand campaigns that elevate Verkada’s awareness and perception in the market
Partner with the Integrated Campaigns, Creative, Demand Gen and Comms teams to launch storytelling-driven programs across CTV, social, podcasts, digital, out-of-home, and experiential
Manage and optimize paid media budgets to ensure efficient spend and measurable brand impact
Create campaign messaging, provide visual direction, and develop toolkits that align with Verkada’s brand voice and design system
Own marketing campaign strategy and execution to meet VerkadaOne attendance and engagement goals
Partner with Sales to build toolkits, incentives, and outreach programs that convert customers and partners into attendees
Integrate VerkadaOne into broader brand and awareness campaigns to amplify reach and consistency
Track key metrics, analyze results, and use data to optimize campaign performance and future planning
Report outcomes and learnings to leadership, with a focus on ROI and channel effectiveness
Maintain brand integrity across all marketing touchpoints including web, social, email, paid placements, and event creative
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Brand Creative, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Creative, and Events) to align priorities and coordinate execution
Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and reviews to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and on budget
Qualification
Required
5-8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or brand marketing, preferably in B2B or technology
Proven experience owning and managing marketing budgets across paid channels (digital, social, OOH, sponsorships, etc.)
Demonstrated success launching brand awareness or integrated campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes
Strong project management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent communication and creative judgment with an eye for brand storytelling
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to be onsite in San Mateo, CA, five days a week, and travel occasionally for regional events
