Responsibilities

Build out Inversion’s inventory ERP/MRP system and work order standards from scratch

Direct and oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and high inventory accuracy through rigorous audits and cycle counts

Lead logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipping, transportation coordination, and warehouse workflow optimization

Develop and maintain robust materials forecasting models to support production schedules and minimize shortages

Supervise all shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy of inbound inspections, documentation compliance (hazmat/MSDS where required), and timely processing of receipts

Manage work order creation, tracking, and fulfillment processes, ensuring seamless material availability and accurate ERP transactions

Oversee the kitting and de-kitting of materials to support production and assembly lines, ensuring complete and quality-checked kits are delivered to the floor
