Qualification
Required
Applicants must possess a PhD, MD, or DVM
at least two years of postdoctoral experience
demonstrated excellence in research, as the faculty member would be expected to initiate or continue an independent, extramurally funded research program
potential or demonstrated excellence in teaching and mentoring at the undergraduate and graduate levels
commitment to provide service to the profession, the university, the division and the community
Preferred
candidates working on prokaryotic or eukaryotic single-celled organisms
use Microbiology and/or Biochemistry and/or Bioinformatics to address fundamental life science questions
