In this role, you’ll work closely with the Strategic Projects Lead to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of AI-generated data while collaborating with the Gen AI Operations team.

Responsibilities

Evaluate the quality of AI-generated data and ensure it meets project standards
Solve complex tasking problems and refine workflows for efficiency
Design functional and efficient tasks to optimize AI training pipelines
Build ground-truth datasets for training Large Language Models (LLMs)
Onboard, audit, and coach contributors to maintain high-quality outputs
Develop onboarding and testing materials for large-scale pipelines
Drive operational processes to improve throughput and minimize bottlenecks
Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization

Data Analysis & Processing – Ability to interpret and refine AI-generated outputs
Automation & Workflow Optimization – Experience integrating AI solutions into business processes
Stakeholder Engagement – Explaining AI concepts to non-technical audiences
Client Consultation – Understanding client needs and advising on AI adoption
Training & Enablement – Coaching teams on AI tools and best practices
Staying Updated – Keeping up with the latest AI advancements and tools
Problem-Solving Mindset – Navigating AI challenges and optimizing solutions
