Integration Technician

We are seeking an Integration Technician responsible for the assembly, integration, and testing of our autonomous surface vessels (ASVs), collaborating with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineers to integrate hardware, software, sensors, and communication systems into ASV platforms
Assemble and configure ASV components, including propulsion systems, navigation equipment, payloads, and control systems
Conduct thorough testing and validation procedures to verify the functionality, performance, and reliability of integrated ASV systems
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to integration, ensuring timely resolution to maintain project timelines
Maintain detailed records of integration processes, test results, and configuration changes to support documentation and quality assurance requirements
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, software developers, and project managers, to coordinate integration activities and achieve project goals
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of integration processes, tools, and techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Required

Associate's degree or equivalent technical certification in electronics, mechatronics, or a related field
Proven experience in system integration, preferably in the maritime or defense industry
Strong technical skills with the ability to interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical specifications
Proficiency in using tools and equipment for assembly, testing, and troubleshooting electronic and mechanical systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Familiarity with autonomous systems, robotics, and sensor technologies
