Responsibilities
Build a strong sales pipeline while exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
Work closely with cross-functional teams to adapt and build a unified sales motion
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within accounts
Qualification
Required
Take full ownership of the sales cycle from lead qualification (typically handed off by SDRs) to closing, ensuring that all client needs are met and exceeded
Develop and maintain deep relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts, focusing on long-term partnerships and expansion opportunities
Lead negotiations and close deals that often exceed $100k, using a consultative sales approach to align Chima's AI solutions with client business goals
Work in tandem with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation and long-term client satisfaction
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position Chima's offerings and maintain a competitive edge
