Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions tailored for the healthcare domain
Lead the integration and implementation of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions to enhance process efficiencies
Address critical technical challenges, particularly in healthcare workflows and compliance
Maintain and improve existing applications to align with the company’s technological and business goals
Ensure adherence to healthcare IT standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA)
Optimize system performance and scalability
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the healthcare domain, with hands-on exposure to EHR systems
Proven track record of successfully integrating and deploying EHR platforms
Strong expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or .NET, and frameworks for healthcare software development
Experience designing and deploying RPA solutions (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
Deep understanding of interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, or similar
Knowledge of data privacy regulations, including HIPAA, is essential
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience in software development, particularly in healthcare IT
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with global teams
Preferred
Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
