Planning Associate
MRB Group is a multi-disciplined engineering, architecture and planning firm that values creativity and innovation. They are seeking a Planning Associate with experience in municipal planning, responsible for managing workload on multiple projects and delivering them on time.

Responsibilities
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with a BS/BA degree in environmental planning, civil engineering, or related field
Can comprehend typical subdivision/site plans, grading plans and contours, utility layouts, elevations, and engineering reports
Knowledge with NYSDEC stormwater regulations and MS4 requirements
Must possess a strong ability to translate from maps, plans, and engineering documents into descriptive written communication and public presentations
Ability to work with a fast-paced team and perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to manage workload on multiple projects and deliver projects on time
Ability to demonstrate exceptional problem solving and communication skills, both written and oral
Public speaking, presentation skills, and interactions with clients, community residents, municipal staff and elected officials will be expected
