Responsibilities

Leadership and assistance in the design and management of a variety of project types with a focus on higher education projects

Develop projects from concept through construction administration

Willingness to both lead and assist on project teams

Manage and mentor staff

Communicate with and manage clients

Coordinate with a variety of design and engineering consultants

Review and apply building codes

Capable of working on multiple projects at a given time

Required

Licensed Architect

7+ years of experience working in an architectural design firm

Revit proficiency

Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Lumion or other rendering software is a plus
