Responsibilities

Utilize and customize our proven curriculum to improve student outcomes

Create a positive, safe learning environment

Communicate effectively with students, parents, and employees

Tutor students in all sections of the SAT/ACT, including both verbal and math sections

Provide academic tutoring in math, science, study skills, and executive function support

Help students with homework and other academic support

Design your own schedule and service area

Participate in annual evaluations for performance-based raises

Refer students and fellow tutors for bonuses

Receive dedicated support from a manager and mentor

Required

A minimum of 2 years of teaching and/or tutoring experience

Bachelor's degree

Strong academic background

Confidence tutoring ALL sections of the SAT/ACT including both verbal and math sections (Math sections include Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, and some Trigonometry)

Reliable car access to travel to students' homes
