Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
Service equipment for air-conditioning, heating, ventilation, humidity control and energy management
Provide start-up services on complex HVAC equipment
Support the growing service business
Qualification
Required
5+ years solo field experience with commercial heating and air conditioning
Must have knowledge of commercial air-conditioning, heating, water source heat pumps & rooftop packaged HVAC systems
Must be proficient with troubleshooting (mechanical)
Must have previous experience with preventative maintenance
EPA Type 1 & 2 of universal certification
Must have your own hand tools
MUST have a clean driving record
Preferred
OSHA 10-hour training certification
Previous work experience with Aaon, Climatemaster, Multistack Chiller, ClimaCool, VRS System (Samsung, Hitachi, etc)
