Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Diagnose issues with HVAC equipment using tools such as Ohmmeters and other diagnostic instruments
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards
Repair or replace defective parts including compressors, pumps, and motors
Weld components as necessary for system repairs or installations
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs
Assist in property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems
Operate company vehicles for transportation to job sites as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician-3 or similar role
Must have 5-7 years experience
Knowledge of refrigerate systems and boiler operations
Familiarity with appliance repair and equipment repair techniques
Ability to plumb as necessary for system installations or repairs
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving responsibilities
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally
Preferred
Knowledge of refrigerate systems and boiler operations is preferred
Certification in HVAC technology or relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
