Joulé is an esteemed medical facility seeking a Diagnostic Technologist to demonstrate advanced knowledge in Diagnostic Imaging and provide patient care according to the latest protocols. The role involves performing QA, regulatory testing, and assisting in training staff and student technologists while ensuring quality control activities are monitored.

Responsibilities

Performs or assists Clinical Specialist in performing QA, regulatory testing, and other technical and research initiatives

Performs all job responsibilities of Diagnostic Tech I

Demonstrates competency of specialty equipment (O.R., Fluoro Procedures, etc.) and analyzes data promptly. Performs electrocardiograms and lab draw functions if applicable

Monitors quality control activities and demonstrates advanced level of knowledge in Diagnostic Imaging by providing patient care as defined by the most up to day protocols and procedures

Assist with the training of staff and student technologists

Demonstrates the ability to function independently, and is able to cover off shifts, on-call responsibilities, and perform services at satellite facilities, where applicable, while continually communicating with lead and management team

Participates in standardization activities with system-level workgroups

Works directly with Radiologists regarding protocol development
