Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative support to upper management
Operate receptionist software to answer, screen, forward calls and take messages
Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations
Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries
Maintain document inventory for offsite storage
Maintain postage meter and overnight envelopes
Responsible for ordering all office supplies and forms
Maintain kitchen area –ordering and stocking supplies
Qualification
Required
Prior experience within the financial services, banking, investment, or other relevant industries
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
