Responsibilities

Prototype and iterate on customer-centered products for the 3Ps (payers, pharma, and providers)
Lead customers during proof-of-concepts, onboarding, and deployment of our product in their workflows
Create and maintain user documentation to help the 3Ps get the most out of our product
Communicate product updates to other engineers, operators, and leadership

Required

5+ years of work experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Experience with Python web frameworks (e.g. Django), cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure), infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi) and CI/CD tooling (e.g. GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Circle CI, Jenkins) is a plus
