Strong digital presentation skills, utilizing Indesign to create impactful & inspiring trend packs
Demonstrate creative ability to autonomously research & self direct to present print trends seasonally & in weekly meetings
Strong connection and knowledge of past & emerging print and pattern trends found within art, design, and fashion
Utilize AI to create emotive imagery that is trend forward & supports concept Directives
Proactively prepare for weekly concept meetings, updating & developing print trends in reaction to feedback
Lead seasonal trend & concept workload to meet all deadlines
Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the department’s calendar, including key events, milestones, and deadlines
Maintain a current knowledge of the Anthro Apparel business as it relates to LY and Plan
Awareness of successes & opportunities found in weekly business, seasonal hindsight, and quarterly Print Attributes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in fine art, textile design, graphic design, or related experience necessary
8-10 years of experience in print or textile industry
Experienced in trend forecasting, print design, and apparel design
Advanced creative and technical skills in Adobe photoshop & Indesign
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and Power Point
Experience in creative image creation using AI platforms
