Global Nomadic is a surfing-inspired sustainable development non-profit driving the development of poor Peruvian coastal communities. The NGO Management Volunteer Internship involves supporting the day-to-day management of the organization, engaging in various sustainable projects, and gaining hands-on experience in international development.

Creating and distributing tide and swell charts for local fishermen

Supporting accounting processes and working with financial performance metrics and reports

Taking photos and making videos of ongoing activities for social media platforms and website

Designing and carrying out surveys in the local community, analyzing data, and report writing

Supporting maintenance of reforestation sites, permaculture garden, and dry toilet units

Ability to support day-to-day management of the organization

Involvement in project monitoring, data analysis, and evaluation

Support maintenance of reforestation sites, permaculture garden, and dry toilet units
