The role involves leading innovative design solutions for various engineering projects, preparing essential plans, and collaborating with project teams to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities
Lead and support the development of innovative design solutions for site layouts, water and sewer systems, roadway and storm drain designs, and more
Prepare soil erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater management and construction stormwater plans, floodplain studies, and grading plans
Collaborate closely with project teams and leadership to meet project goals and exceed client expectations
Utilize your knowledge of Maryland SWM and ESC regulations to guide design and compliance (a strong plus)
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must
Experience in stormwater plans and management, floodplain analysis, and knowledge of wetland delineation/design is highly desirable
A team-player mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
Preferred
Experience with Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, or other hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software
Utilize your knowledge of Maryland SWM and ESC regulations to guide design and compliance
