Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR functions, including HRIS system (BambooHR), employee engagement, policy interpretation, and employee life-cycle management
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws
Oversee new hire integration, employee retention, and exit processes
Stay updated on HR laws, ensuring policies comply with legal requirements and managing benefits enrollment
Lead and mentor HR staff and provide training/coaching to supervisors on performance management, growth opportunities, and corrective actions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or similar
6+ years of HR experience in progressively responsible leadership roles may substitute for a degree
4+ years in Human Resources leadership roles
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist or Employee Relations
Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and business management techniques
Excellent interpersonal, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage time effectively and resolve complex issues
Preferred
PHR Certification preferred
Experience in construction or manufacturing environments preferred
