Bartell Machinery Systems is seeking a Mechanical Drafter to join their Engineering Department. The role involves producing AutoCAD and SolidWorks drawings, working collaboratively with mechanical engineers, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of drawings and data entry.

Responsibilities

Produce finished AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks drawings. Including, but not limited to, general arrangements, sketches, mark-up’s, preliminary layouts and proposal drawings

Work with mechanical engineers to perform all drawing requests

Drawings to be of quality work, conforming to Bartell standards

Update marked up drawings or legacy prints (RPG requests) as required

Provide accurate data entry of information between D365 and point(s) of origin

Ensure BOM accuracy per print

Create Bartell part numbers as required

Create item masters for all new purchased components

Ensure standardization and quality of inputs
