Responsibilities

Provide technical oversight and drive new features with a focus on Garner’s strategic mission

Build and operate scalable, resilient data systems that contribute toward the target state data architecture

Contribute to the development of world-class data products that support data science, analytics, product, and engineering needs across the company

Influence relevant product and engineering roadmaps to ensure all data systems interoperate with a unified data ecosystem, and oversee seamless migrations as necessary

Champion and ensure the privacy and security of our users’ data

Provide leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability

Mentor, grow, and recruit Garner’s next generation of engineering leaders
