Guest Services Representative (Part-Time)

The Guest Services Representative will be responsible for providing superior service to residents and guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Responsibilities

Anticipate and address residents' needs and urgently follow up on any questions or concerns as needed

Keep all reservations up-to-date with detailed notes and walk suites prior to guest arrival to ensure all AVE brand standards are met

Communicate with residents and guests directly by responding to requests via emails, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions

Coordinate with management, maintenance, and housekeeping team members regarding move-ins, move-outs, make-readies, and work orders

Create key cards, log packages, and manage check-in and check-out procedures

Service the coffee station and manage day-to-day operations at the community

Help residents and clients with directions and recommendations for points of interest in the area

Assist with sales efforts by greeting prospects and serving as a point of contact for VIP corporate clients

Required

Must have face-to-face customer service experience

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

Professional verbal and written communication skills

Detail orientation and excellent organizational skills

Ability to problem solve as well as proactively alleviate potential resident concerns

Willingness to master and use industry systems and programs (Yardi and/or Oscar experience is a plus!)

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred

Hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, or multifamily industry experience strongly preferred
