Responsibilities

Provide customer service, sales, & technical support to sales force & customers
Work closely with sales, fabrication & vendors to facilitate the sales effort & meet customer requirements
Evaluate customer bid requirements, specifications, & other pertinent data
Prepare proposals using vendor software, sales catalogs & cost estimates according to technical and performance requirements
Maintain organization of order files, monitor in-house orders & assist sales & fabrication with project related questions

Centrifugal pumpsMicrosoft OfficeTechnical supportWell-organizedInterpersonal skillsEffective communicationSelf-motivated

Required

1-2 years of applicable experience
Knowledge of centrifugal pumps
Must be able to work independently to achieve targeted results
Well-organized & self-motivated
Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred

Any related training/certifications to pumps, motors, couplings, mechanical seals knowledge
