Responsibilities
Analysis, design and detailing structural elements for steel, masonry, and concrete buildings
Preparation of proposals, design, planning and direction of construction document preparation
Incorporate sound structural engineering principles utilizing concrete, steel, masonry and wood
Proficiency using AutoCAD required
Revit Structure and/or Risa-3D a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualification
Required
10-20 years of experience designing mid-rise and high-rise concrete buildings
Experience with multi-family projects
Experience with conventionally reinforced & post-tensioned concrete design
Experience with wood-framed over concrete podiums
Analysis, design and detailing structural elements for steel, masonry, and concrete buildings
Preparation of proposals, design, planning and direction of construction document preparation
Incorporate sound structural engineering principles utilizing concrete, steel, masonry and wood
BS degree in Structural engineering
PE required
Proficiency using AutoCAD required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Revit Structure and/or Risa-3D a plus
