Responsibilities

Own the creation, coordination, and execution of implementation plans with customers
Configure Vitalize's platform based on user needs
Train and guide healthcare leadership and staff to execute on change management
Serve as a bridge between users and our engineering team to surface and prioritize product feedback, and help with testing of new features
Nurture deep relationships with nursing leadership at customer-sites. Your rapport and responsiveness will make Vitalize Care a trusted partner in healthcare

Required

Proven experience in healthcare technology implementation, project management, consulting, or operations, ideally at an early stage company
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals
Ability to understand and explain software solutions to non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Willingness to travel to healthcare facilities as needed
