Responsibilities

Teaching material from the approved curriculum in accordance with an assigned schedule to ensure student satisfaction
Assist students in achieving completion of objectives and learning outcomes
Provide regular and timely feedback to students
Participate in school retention initiatives by maintaining productive contact with students and by getting in touch with and helping absent students
Advise students in matters related to academics, attendance, and behaviors
Motivate students to participate in all aspects of the educational process actively
Maintain and report student grades and attendance in accordance with university policies
Maintain university standards regarding course activity, emails, grading, and communication with residential chair and students
Other duties as assigned

Required

Doctorate or a master's degree with 18 graduate hours in Finance or a related field
Ability to teach students at the Undergraduate level
Commitment to the goals and values of Liberty University
Engagement in personal spiritual formation within a biblically informed Christian worldview
Ability to employ a variety of techniques for the development of good learning conditions
Ability to view each student as a unique individual and provide for individual differences, abilities, and interests
Ability to assist students in achieving completion of objectives and learning outcomes
Ability to provide regular and timely feedback to students
Participation in school retention initiatives by maintaining productive contact with students
Ability to advise students in matters related to academics, attendance, and behaviors
Ability to motivate students to participate in all aspects of the educational process actively
Ability to maintain and report student grades and attendance in accordance with university policies
Ability to maintain university standards regarding course activity, emails, grading, and communication with residential chair and students
