Responsibilities
Develop and evaluate structural design alternatives based on site conditions, project requirements, and regulatory constraints
Conduct structural assessments and perform engineering analyses to inform project planning and development
Prepare technical deliverables, including engineering calculations, design drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to produce innovative and sustainable designs in compliance with applicable codes and standards
Support project management by monitoring budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
Participate in site visits, client meetings, and other project-related travel, as necessary
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related field
5 years of structural engineering design experience, preferably supporting water/wastewater infrastructure projects
Preferred
Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
EIT certification or PE license strongly preferred
