Manages employee training and development and coordinates maintenance of trainings including, but not limited to, refresher, job specific (technical) training, supervisor, management, leadership, soft skills and compliance

Maintain compliance with Safety rules and procedures

Ensure compliance with OSHA Safety regulations and standards

Teach craft employees standard procedures and processes

Assist in the development of craft trainings

Tracks the training for all Craft employees

Maintain up to date certs
