Responsibilities

Architect and develop robust backend and frontend services using .NET 6/7, C#, Python, Javascript (React or Fluent-2) and Azure

Spend 40% of time doing hands-on active development and committing code in agile sprints

Design and deliver full-stack solutions, including responsive UIs with React or Fluent UI

Build scalable, secure, and high-performance modules for data unification, healthcare ontologies, and AI agent frameworks

Collaborate on the development of GenAI copilots and agentic automation tailored to healthcare workflows

Lead system design reviews, implement best practices, and ensure quality through automated testing and DevOps

Mentor and guide other engineers, raising the technical bar across the team

Investigate and resolve complex production issues with speed and accuracy

Anticipate technical risks and ensure solutions comply with data security and privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST)
