Responsibilities

Process tickets via approved standard operating procedures (SOPs) to triage and resolve customer issues

Provision, Deploy, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and maxOS workstations

Provision, Deploy, and troubleshoot bare-metal windows and Linux servers

Configure, Deploy, and Replace network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls

Participate in hiring, training and development of others

Provide technical support for Amazon Leo Production, lab and launch Infrastructure, components, and associated software

Provide remote support for Amazon Leo employees and infrastructure worldwide

Perform scheduled maintenance and system upgrades

Assist with project implementations and technology deployments

Drives engineering best practices (e.g., Operational Excellence, Security, Quality, etc.) and set standards

Participate in on-call responsibilities
