Prepare for client meetings and lead discussions
Demonstrate technical expertise in turbine and generator engineering to execute projects independently
Mentor younger team members and drive technical excellence across the team
Assist management with business opportunities, conferences, and training sessions
Interface with industry organizations

Qualification

Steam turbine engineeringEngineering calculationsProfessional Engineering licensureAdvanced degreeMentoring

Required

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering
20+ years of demonstrated experience in steam turbine engineering – at OEM's and/or utilities
Proficiency in relevant engineering, calculations, assessments, and analyses
Willingness to travel as required to support projects and business development initiatives
Travel 10 – 15%

Preferred

Professional Engineering licensure and advanced degree
