Concrete Restoration
Painting and Waterproofing
Asset Life cycle Analysis (ROI)
Property Conditions Surveys
Asphalt Pavement Evaluations
Drainage, Erosion, and Settlement
Roof Consulting & Design
Expert Witness Services
Seawalls & Retaining Walls
Building Sciences
Project Management
Building Envelope
(O.A.R.) Services
Environmental Studies
Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager
Qualification
Required
BS Civil or Structural Engineering with 4-6 years' experience and registered PE license
Must have experience in a minimum of three of the following areas: building sciences, roof consulting, forensic engineering, concrete restoration, commercial waterproofing, capital reserve studies, building facades and fenestration
Must be hands on and willing to climb roofs, crawl in tight spaces, etc
Must have the ability to communicate efficient and affectively orally and written with other staff members and clients
