Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological diagnostic evaluation, treatment and case management
Identify neurological, psychological, emotional, behavioral, or medical issues impacting symptom presentation and diagnoses disorders
Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to formulate and evaluate direct patient care
Discuss treatment with appropriate individuals and multidisciplinary treatment teams to coordinate care
Educate students, residents and fellows in various medical and psychological disciplines, through lectures, direct supervision of clinical work, or other related methods

Required

Neuropsychologist credentialed from the American Board of Clinical Neuropsychology (ABCN) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
Psychologist credentialed from the Wisconsin Psychology Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) required

Preferred

BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred
