Head of Client Success (East Cost candidates only)
Safari AI is an innovative company focused on automating actions for leading companies in the physical economy using computer vision AI. They are seeking a Head of Client Success to lead engagement with enterprise clients and ensure they maximize the platform's value, reporting directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities
Help existing clients succeed and take full advantage of the platform
Serve as the main point of contact in relationships with enterprise clients
Communicate ROI, Payback Periods, and other financial performance metrics to clients
Utilize relevant AI tools to enhance client interactions
Travel for client meetings and conferences
Qualification
Required
Track record of making enterprise clients insanely happy by being the main point of contact in relationships
You can point to specific value created and show how you calculated ROI for clients
We expect you to be currently using and utilize as many relevant AI tools available to leverage your time and 'multiply yourself'
Eager to learn about new technologies
Experience crafting, soliciting and communicating ROI, Payback Periods, and other financial performance metrics
Proven ability and willingness to serve clients in a variety of industries, not just one vertical
Early- to Mid-stage startup experience, preferably in a 'doer' role, not just management. Demonstrate to us that you're not relying on your employer's logo to retain & upsell
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences
Preferred
Experience building and managing a team a plus, but not required
