The role involves providing outpatient services, completing patient histories, determining diagnoses, and counseling patients and families on health matters.

Responsibilities
Provide scheduled outpatient services with the supervision and responsibility of a physician in an outpatient clinic setting (Mon - Fri)
Complete patient histories and physicals
Determine tentative diagnosis and order appropriate laboratory tests
Counsel patient and family on health and disease
Participate in all continuing education, training, and other requirements to remain in good standing for credentialing purposes at assigned medical facilities
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
State Licensed Nurse Practitioner
Preferred
Gastrointestinal experience preferred
