Responsibilities

Design new FIA products and enhance existing offerings
Lead the Design Team for the FIA product line, managing updates from concept to rollout
Conduct in-depth actuarial analysis to support pricing and profitability
Develop and maintain product specifications for the quantitative and IT teams. Establish model control processes to govern assumption updates, model improvements, etc
Exceptional skills in collaboration, problem-solving, and driving innovative solutions

Required

ASA or FSA designation (Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries)
Minimum 5 years of experience in annuity product development/pricing
Strong working knowledge of FIA products
Solid experience with life and/or annuity products and related actuarial functions (valuation, CFT, pricing, etc.)
US-specific experience (Stat and/or GAAP) preferred
Experience with reinsurance is a plus
Proficiency in one modelling software (AXIS, MG Alfa, Prophet …)
Exceptional skills in collaboration, problem-solving, and driving innovative solutions
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and facilitation abilities
Translate complex actuarial concepts into clear, concise communication for non-actuarial audiences, both in writing and verbally
