Responsibilities

Retrieve cash receipts and apply them to accounts
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in cash receipts
Assist with processing any refunds or transfers of funds
Communicate with external individuals regarding any inquiries or issues on payments
Update customer's accounts if needed
Collaborate with fellow colleagues
Perform additional tasks assigned by management

Qualification

Accounts Receivable ExperienceAccounting SoftwareBachelor's DegreeEntertainment BackgroundCommunication Skills

Required

2-4 years of accounts receivable experience
Experience with accounting software
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred in Accountant/Finance or related field
Prior experience working in entertainment background
