Responsibilities

Review and analyze existing Customer business processes and identify key process steps, gaps, and requirements that would impact the implementation approach

Partner with customer SMEs and business leaders to translate requirements into solutions that solve business problems and support the needs of the Customer

Provide consulting on Quality best practices and overall solutions based on requirements

Develop, leverage, and maintain expertise in our Vault platform and Quality product

Develop a trusted advisor relationship with Veeva stakeholders and the customer

Build, test, and deploy configuration changes to live environments

Serve as the primary customer liaison, managing communication between the project team, customer, and other internal stakeholders

Represent Professional Services across multiple engagements and workstreams (e.g., solution design and configuration, data migration, systems integration, etc.)

Mentor project team and junior consultants in the Professional Services organization
