Responsibilities

Performs engineering functions in one or more of the following specialties: electronics, electrical, computer, mechanical or related engineering fields. Must be a self-starter, have the ability to consistently deliver at a high level with minimum supervision and maintain continuous communications with subordinates, peers, test customers and upper management personnel

Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or Related Degree

15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or 10 years relevant experience with PhD; or high school diploma or equivalent and 19 years of experience

Good analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Good verbal communication skills

Radar Hardware Design, Test and Evaluation (T&E)

Software to include MATLAB

RF, Fire Control Radar or EW Background

Test & Evaluation (T&E) knowledge

Experience in anechoic chamber design, use and sustainment to include calibration schemes, multi-path analysis, and optimization
