Ensure the college/university is accredited and affiliated with MultiCare
Submit required documents including current immunizations and photo identification

Qualification

Required

Individuals pursuing healthcare disciplines with required hours to enter into the program (exclusions: Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Medicine, pre-Medicine)
The college/university must be accredited and affiliated with MultiCare
Prepared to submit all required documents which will include all current immunizations, Tuberculosis QuantiFERON Gold Test, photo identification
Application will be rejected if submitted without all supporting required documentation
