Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to Executive and Senior Leadership teams to provide consultation on investor relations topics
Collaborate with internal teams, including corporate communications, marketing, finance, corporate development and others to develop factual and transparent investor materials
Help drive the earnings process, including the creation of quarterly earnings releases, presentations, call scripts, and other earnings-related materials
Define and administer comprehensive operational routines to ensure the organization’s relationships with investors and shareholders reflect positively on the company’s stock price
Plan and administer investor and analyst forums to promote and maintain positive relationships
Maintain and publish status and exception management reporting for investor relations priorities
Maintain and update the company’s investor relations websites
Maintain and improve a competitive intelligence process to analyze and distribute industry and competitor intelligence to executive management
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
Qualification
Required
Post graduate degree or equivalent work experience
10+ years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of mortgage/financial industry and the various industry participants
Must have an understanding of financial statements and related disclosures
Conversant with technical and critical components of Investor Relations Strategies
Must be highly proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
