Responsibilities

Work closely in a team of 3-5 people on a specific project
Manage team backlogs and schedules
Participate in morning standups to catch up on previous work and plan for the day ahead
Collaborate with the product group and sales team to build necessary tools for customers
Rotate through different working areas depending on skills, experience, and interests

Required

Experience with Ruby on Rails
Experience as a full-stack engineer

Experience with a mixture of Ruby, Elm, and React (TypeScript)

Preferred

Leading an engineering team or running a consulting company
