The Manager, Business Analysis and Insights will shape data-driven decision-making and deliver strategic insights across the organization, partnering closely with the CFO and business decision makers.

Responsibilities

Perform in-depth analytical deep-dives to uncover actionable insights on marketplace dynamics, user behavior, and conversion levers, enabling smarter and more informed decision-making

Partner with the CFO and business decision makers to shape and operationalize the company’s strategic roadmap, quantifying and accelerating impact on growth, efficiency, and profitability

Work closely with Data Science, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to design KPI frameworks, performance dashboards, and implement our business intelligence roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities

Act as a strategic thought partner to business stakeholders by transforming complex data into clear, compelling recommendations that drive high-impact decisions

Required

5–8 years in strategy, analytics, business intelligence, or insights roles, preferably within D2C or fast-paced, high-growth tech environments or in consulting

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree a plus

Expert SQL skills, preferably proficient in at least one additional language (e.g., Python, R) and with one or more BI tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau); advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities; strong presentation skills in PowerPoint or Google Slides

Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and leveraging big data technologies or platforms to derive insights at scale

Demonstrated ability to link analytics to business outcomes, influence company performance, and support strategic decisions with data

Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior and cross-functional audiences

Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong prioritization skills and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and execution
